Success Story: Placing a CTO In The Caregiving Space

HIRED! A Technical integrity success story

Placing a CTO in the Caregiving Space for a San Francisco Startup

We’re thrilled to share the successful placement of a CTO for a San Francisco-based startup innovating in the caregiving space. This remote, hands-on leadership role required a rare blend of deep technical expertise, startup agility, enterprise experience, and a strong sense of empathy. The company partnered with Technical Integrity for a confidential search, seeking a leader who could scale complex systems while helping to build a culture based on exceptional emotional intelligence (EQ).

Thanks to our deep community roots and long-standing commitment to values-aligned hiring, we immediately knew the right person for the role. We’re proud to have matched this mission-driven company with a candidate who embodies both technical excellence and heart-centered leadership in this Chief Technical Officer role.
