Technical Integrity is Fifteen!

Wow, this Fall marks fifteen years in business for Technical Integrity.

I’m humbled and deeply grateful—to every client, candidate, colleague, and friend who’s been with us on this incredible journey.

It’s been an honor. Truly.

I’ve often joked, tongue firmly planted in cheek: “Who knew that just being a true, honest partner to our clients and showing up daily with integrity was a business model…as it turns out… it is.”

Back in 2010, we set out to create an ethical revolution in team building. We knew hiring for teams with a true community-centric, culture-first and give-first approach was critical, and that these were key missing components in the startup ecosystem. We built Technical Integrity with this mission and this new approach at the core of our DNA.

For fifteen years, we’ve been fortunate to help countless startups and high-growth companies scale through our dedication to placing the most values aligned C-Level executives, engineering leaders, founding and contributing staff members on their teams.

It has been a joy to do this mission-critical work, and watch those people and companies change the world.

What began as a focus on building community and bringing people together in the local Boulder ecosystem grew to the larger Colorado ecosystem, and then further expanded into fostering deep and meaningful connections throughout the United States, Europe, and recently in Latin America the Middle East.

There is one common, beautiful thread that exists among all of these incredible humans that we’ve worked with ; through the years, they have become true friends, colleagues and allies.

For that, we could not be more grateful.

Looking Ahead
Fifteen years in—and we’re still climbing.

We can’t wait to see what the next 15 years hold in store for us and the communities we love and support..

As we continue to foster deep relationships in Colorado and around the world, we remain dedicated to building healthy, high-functioning teams that love working together and supporting vibrant, flourishing startup ecosystems.

Thank You

THANK YOU for trusting us all these years, and embracing our unique approach to business.

Let’s keep building—with purpose, with kindness, and with integrity.

I have two simple requests going forward:

  1. Please share this blog and help us celebrate our milestone anniversary in style on LinkedIn and other social platforms - forward it to someone you believe might appreciate it, benefit from it, or feel a part of our journey.

  2. Lastly, and this is key- please lift someone up in your community, and bring them along for the ride! Ask how you can support them, and see if you can help, with no expectation of anything in return. It’s as simple as that, and we’re all better for it when we travel together.

Cheers and THANK YOU!
