Jackie has 20+ years of Business Development, Sales and Recruiting Leadership experience, primarily with high-growth startup, B2B services, and SaaS companies. As a leader in the Colorado community, she is a champion of women and underrepresented groups who believes in positive change through allyship, not division.

In recruiting, she has been tapped to lead highly technical, difficult, and diversity-focused recruiting initiatives for large multi-billion dollar revenue companies to venture capital firms and small high-growth startups. She has led the entire process, from advising to create the appropriate roles, requirements, and compensation for a company's first CTO hire to performing technical interviews and assisting in candidate selection. Examples of roles include Head of Sales, Head of Engineering/CTO, VP of Finance, Head of Blockchain Engineering, Head of Enterprise Risk, Principal Engineer, and Senior Account Executive.

Jackie’s deep community-building experience includes starting the Women’s Initiative and Associate Boards of City Year Denver and serving as: Head of Partnerships for She’s Independent Investments (a women-first angel investor network), member of Colorado Technology Association’s Women in Tech, Executive Leadership of AHA Bring STEM to Life for Girls, and member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of CO Governing Board.

Jackie is a Certified Women Executive Coach with a Masters (MBA) from University of Colorado and Double BA from the University of California, Irvine (Summa Cum Laude, top 2%).
