Junior to Mid-Level Client Facing Ruby/Rails Engineers

They are located in Central Boulder, they have beer on tap, love hackathons and building/taking care of the community where they work and play. Did we mention they love what they do?

The Job

You will build high quality full stack Ruby/Rails code using TDD/BDD, work with customers, and work with other engineers on multiple projects. Diversity of projects really is the name of the game here – you may work on projects for customers who want to save the world one day and the next few weeks you may help a new startup build out their idea. If you like diversity of projects and ideas, this job is for you. Oh, you should also be a nice person.


Pay is in the range of 65-85, depending on your experience and ability to deliver. Show a very active github account with quality code and you’ll likely be at the top end of this range.

Skills we’re looking for

– Proven experience in Ruby/Rails
– Superior ability to communicate with customers – everyone talks to the customers here!
– Ability to estimate accurately the amount of time it takes you to get a project done
