Front End Experience with building in JS
HTML5, CSS3 should be a given here
Experience building with PHP, reading the code, etc
A CS understanding and background definitely helps
RESTful service experience
If you’ve got Node.js experience and can translate that to front-end know-how, that’s very interesting here
