Requirements:

A solid, easy going temperament-
You will be pair programming with different folks daily and weekly- and you MUST be easy to get along with.

Aptitude-
You will be eventually coding in Ruby but we just want you to demonstrate excellent aptitude in multiple languages and the ability to learn quickly. We will certainly be chatting with references about this as well.

Diversity of skills-
We are looking for you to show us how many skills you have, and why you believe you can truly keep up, or excel with the best of the best.

Volume-
If you are a lead developer on a project that would blow our minds when it comes to volume, we want to hear from you.

Exacting Standards-
Sloppy code is not an option. You should hold yourself and others to very high standards and have a history of doing so.
