Technical Integrity is working with an innovative client in Denver to deliver complex, fun and disruptive technologies in the new media / mobile realm.

This organization values out-of-the-box thinking, a straightforward communication style and creative technical solutions. Our client has big company benefits, while embracing fast paced start-up culture.

In order to build bleeding edge products, our client has assembled an impressive array of industry thought leaders and seasoned engineering staff to tackle the most complex (and fun) projects.

The current need focuses on a technical leadership role to help round out the product development team.

This individual will liaise with the currently outsourced team to develop a plan to bring all development work in-house- and to build an internal team.

Primary technical requirements include;

Senior level Android development skills on at least two large-scale consumer-facing applications

Strong Java development skills (or other relevant Object Oriented Design background)

Excellent HTML5, CSS3 and version control experience

Experience with Agile development

Demonstrated experience with end-to-end product development

Ideal candidates will have experience with

Tablet and Phone development

O/S Segmentation

A love for UX design

Strong experience with cross-platform development

Deep knowledge of consumer facing mobile applications

Understanding of media industry including television/cable/satellite

Digital rights management

Awareness of design philosophies and challenges surrounding application impact on battery life

Of course it goes without saying (okay, we’re saying it) that you should be able to play nicely with others as this is a highly collaborative environment. You should love to share ideas all in the name of making the product and the company better.

You should have several examples of your technical leadership capabilities in the mobile realm, and you should be proud of what you’ve accomplished thus far.

You should also be excited about what this role may allow you to learn and contribute to the future of new media.

Relocation is available for the right candidate

We are looking for someone who lives and breathes QA Automation. This person should be hip to the theory, the reasons, and the implementation strategies of automation in a highly technical engineering environment.

Experience with current tools likerspec, cucumber, capybara, junit, phpunit, selenium and methodologies like TDD, BDD are REQUIRED.

Our client has a QA department currently, but wants to build it out and make sure that this QA manager is integrated into the Engineering team and driving the conversation about build quality and testing.

You need to be a straightforward and honest engineer who is willing to collaborate with other engineers with more tenure in the company than you (you’ll be new, remember). You must be a solidcommunicator – everyone says this on their job descriptions, but it is really the case here – you will be talking up and down the ladder as well as parallel to other departments. You should also be a planner, someone who can build solid plans and make them happen.

This is not a coding role, but having experience with Ruby, Java, PHP, Perl, and Python environments will only help you to be integrated into this community faster.

If you believe that this role is exactly what you’re looking for, then please email Matt at TechnicalIntegrity dot com. Our client wants to move very quickly on this position.

Are you a Senior C# developer with 5+ years of experience? Do you have a good sense of humor? Can you read/write C++? Yes? Do you like cool new media technologies that make people’s lives easier? Do you enjoy complex technical challenges with small teams?

Ok thenperhaps we should chat about our client in North Denver. They’re growing and looking for creative developers for some challenging projects integrating. Creative, in this case, means you see the big picture, know how to get the job done when it needs to be done and you thrive on finding solutions to problems. They want a developer they can rely on. Want to work for a company that appreciates your expertise? This might just be it. You won’t be bored, that’s for sure!

The job will be to write NEW code to wrap up and communicate with their legacy code; work with the queuing, message, and scheduling system that already exists for new functionality; consume, build, and expose APIs for both internal and external/public systems; as well as taking user stories and turning this into a plan and code.

Here is some of what they bring to the table:

The company is run by developers from your manager all the way up to the top. They understand engineers.

This position pays $110-125k per year, has the possibility of bonuses, there’s little to no travel, and 3 weeks of vacation to start

You WILL be challenged, you WILL be relied on, and you WILL be building new code

Here is some of what you should bring to the table:

C# – a minimum of 5-8 years of experience, more is always better
C++ – at least 2 years of experience
Preference for working in an Agile development environment
Ability to prototype and deep dive on new ideas
Excellent SOA background
Strong communication skills and desire to play nicely with others

Experience integrating and upgrading legacy systems, writing wrappers or interfaces and building new code

You must be humble, but willing to share your ideas and fight for your ideas in a civil manner (they respect this enormously)

This is the part where you send me your resume at dave at technical integrity dot com. Go onit won’t hurt
