The Job

Create awesome, killer, amazing designs, like you do. Build a team of designers, you might even do hiring. Work with engineering when your designs are ready. Talk to customers.

Compensation

115-135 PLUS PROFIT SHARING, depending on your portfolio and ability to lead teams and communicate clearly with customers

Skills we’re looking for

A killer portfolio – a really really good portfolio.

Superior ability to communicate with customers – everyone talks to the customers here!
Ability to estimate accurately the amount of time it takes you to get a project done
Ability to lead a team of designers
