Technical Integrity is passionate about building startup communities and giving back to organizations that are making a difference in the world.  This boutique, three person firm is focused on turning the recruiting mold on its head.  A bold, honest and forthright approach and a true belief in culture matching, deep dive technical screening and placing A-players is key to their success.

Who is Technical Integrity?

Technical Integrity is a technical placement firm focused on helping our clients and candidates make a difference.  By doing what we do best, we empower organizations to maintain focus on what they do best. It’s that simple.

Technical Integrity was founded by Dave Mayer. Dave has more than ten years of experience in client service and technical recruiting, having placed nearly 400 conscientious people in highly technical capacities. Dave has found that by placing candidates who possess an affinity for social and corporate responsibility, these candidates are happier in their positions and return greater ROI for their employer. Happier candidates mean high productivity and retention. It’s a win-win for everyone.

Matt Bernier is a father, husband, and former developer.  He has, since 2003,  worked for startups, technology companies, and even owned his own contract development company.  He is now CTO and recruiter at Technical Integrity, earning his title of “Recovering Developer”.

Jayna Wieseman is a Senior Recruiter and Human Resources professional with 13 years of full-life cycle, high-volume recruitment experience in both agency and corporate environments. She specializes in building human resources/recruiting departments, policies, procedures and documentation tools for small companies and ensuring existing human resources/recruiting departments are effective and efficient.

The staff at Technical Integrity are active proponents of Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainability and Clean Technology.
